Understanding Feelings & Emotions

The previous lessons had laid the foundation for transitioning to emotions. Language used to explain and understand the world around us as perceived though the 5 senses will help to bring awareness and understanding to emotions. Internal awareness of the body will be used to identify emotions. Emotions are experienced and expressed in different degrees. Some of the activities in this lesson is a brief awareness of degrees in emotions.

Colour of Emotions: Anger

Anger is represented by the colour 'black'. Sadness is represented by the colour 'blue'. Fear(scared) is represented by the colour 'red' and happiness by the colour 'yellow'.
